Frederick Street Medical Clinic is a group of 4 family physicians whose family practice is located in the Frederick Mall in Kitchener. Frederick Street Medical Clinic is located next door to the mall pharmacy. Frederick Street Medical Clinic has been open since April 2007. Unfortunately, we do not have a wait list for patients and we are not taking new patients at this time.
